Long form, I met Oscar at a gym that we both attend, I over heard him talking to buddy of mine about selling his house. At the time I was not even looking for a home because my wife and I had only been in our starter home for 2 years. The housing market had been sky rocketing at the time and the wife kept showing me these unique historical homes that I was not wanting to give 2 seconds of my attention to. One day, me and my wife with our new born were all eating Jose Peppers and she finds a home that is new, but unique, she fell in love with it instantly. Buying a new home was not even close to being in my head, but I figured I would give it some attention. The next day, I talked with Oscar because I was curious as to were it was and I knew he was a realtor. Without asking he said he can get the keys and could show us the home that morning! I did not have much going on so we saw the home and again the wife was already fantasizing about living in it. I had some reservations, those being, neighbors being behind us and the other being stairs on the deck for our dog. Oscar, never pushed me or the wife, but gave us enough time for it to sink in to ask what we thought of it. I then, thought I would take a look at our finances because if I can give my wife the home of her dreams and gain room for my family to expand, then why not. Everything was falling in place like it was meant to be, but I still had my reservations. I told Oscar about my concerns, instantly he had back up homes like he could tell I wasn't sold on the first home. He found us a house that was a similar build, new, and had the woods behind house. Oscar was able to negotiate a nice set of stairs for the deck, along with a couple other necessities that do not come with a new build. It was perfect! The next step, Oscar gave me the run down to sell our home. We did exactly what he advised and had our home under contract in less than 24 hours and was over asking price!!! It was too easy, I thought something was wrong because there hasn't been any bumps in the road yet. The buyer of our home had some constraints prior to our sell. One being unclogging the foundation drain, Oscar personally came over helping pull mud and flushing out the drain. He is truly a stand up guy. From that point everything continued smoothly and we closed in 45 days. Would have even been earlier, but buyer of our house was on a tight work schedule. This was by far one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Even after buying our dream home, Oscar still checks in to say hi and see how we are doing. We love the relationship that we were able to build during this whole experience. My sister and her husband are looking for a home in the next year and I know I will be sending them Oscar's way, as I know without a doubt they will be in good hands.

I am one who tends to have a short patience, but Jimmie was quick to answer any and all questions that I had during the purchasing and selling of the house. During the process of selling my house, we actually went with a family friend first. Within the 7 months of using that real estate agent, I had 60 views and no offers. He was very patient and dependable. When we had questions about selling, buying and building homes he was very thorough about each process as well as the Mortgage lending aspect. We manage to develop a friendship and had a few laughs in between. He is very thoughtful and when it came to holidays always brought pies or cookies just to show us he cared.
